ARC / Laser Welding Equipment
Automation International designs and manufactures a wide variety of turn-key Arc Welding equipment including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Plasma Welders, Dial-Feed, Multi- and Rotary-Torch, Seam Welders, and robotics.
Automatic MIG and TIG welding machines are custom designed for each application and include single and dual-head design; multi-station designs; rotary head styles; and multiple torches.
Single-head designs are ideal for lighter fabrication tasks while the dual-head design welding machines are better suited for industrial production or fabrication.
Automatic MIG and TIG welders are custom designed for each application and include single and dual-head design; multi-station designs; rotary head styles; and multiple torches.
Rotary Table Welding
Our heavy-duty rotary table welding equipment is capable of handling products ranging from automotive wheels; large off-road wheels; and other special applications. Certain projects that include abstract or longer shapes might require a machine with a gravitational center to allow for easier welding. The ability of 360-degree rotation allows for us to assist in the successful production of axises, shafts, cylinders and plates with welding ease. If these features are desired in your productions then you need one of our welding rotary tables.
Welding Lathes can be custom designed to rotate the workpiece during the welding process for applications such as washer/dryer tub assemblies and preformed pipe and cylinders.
Welding Lathes are also designed for automatic welding with TIG, MIG, MAG or plasma welding sources. Main advantages include reliability, easy operation, very high efficiency, accurate seam forming and more. This is the ideal piece of equipment for surfacing welding.
Laser welding can be used in place of many conventional welding processes, such as TIG, MIG, resistance, and electron beam. While each of these techniques has established a niche in the manufacturing world, the versatile laser welding process will operate efficiently and economically in many different applications. Its versatility will permit the laser system to be used for different welding applications such as spot and seam welding.
